Present day residents of Rijeka restage the 1919 occupation of their own city by Gabriele D'Annunzio and his private army.
A hybrid documentary that treats a proto fascist episode as farce without letting the audience off the hook, using local people, archive material and deadpan reconstruction. Winner of the Tiger Award at Rotterdam in 2025.
